采用高效液相色谱法测定纸中的丙烯酰胺含量。样品中的丙烯酰胺经超纯水在60℃条件下提取,离心分离,及0.45μm滤膜过滤后,进行高效液相色谱测定。峰面积与丙烯酰胺的浓度在0~1.0μg·mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,方法的检出限为15μg·kg-1,加标回收率为95.8%~102.6%。在实际测量中,该方法的相对标准偏差较小,具有较高的精确度。
Determination of Acrylamide in Paper by High Performance Liquid Chromatography. Samples of acrylamide by ultrapure water at 60 ℃ under the conditions of extraction, centrifugation, and 0.45μm membrane filtration, the determination of high performance liquid chromatography. The peak area and the concentration of acrylamide in the range of 0 ~ 1.0μg · mL-1 showed a good linear relationship, the detection limit of the method was 15μg · kg-1, and the spiked recoveries ranged from 95.8% to 102.6%. In the actual measurement, the method has relatively small relative standard deviation and high accuracy.
