研究粉末熔化处理工艺的前驱粉末在不同热处理制度下淬火形成的Y2BaCuO5粒子形貌,并与熔融织构生长工艺和熔化粉末熔化生长工艺中的Y2BaCuO5粒子进行比较,揭示粉末熔化处理工艺中等轴状Y2BaCuO5粒子的形成机制。结果表明,粉末熔化处理工艺中Y2BaCuO5粒子形成等轴状的原因是其前驱粉末的组成有利于减少在包晶反应过程中形成过量的液相,抑制了Y2BaCuO5粒子的择优生长。
The morphology of Y2BaCuO5 particles formed by quenching of precursor powders under powder heat treatment was investigated and compared with the Y2BaCuO5 particles grown in the melt texturing and the melt growth process.
