为了探讨珊瑚中的钙在生物体内的吸收利用情况 ,将 30只小白鼠随机分为 3组 ,雌雄各半 ,分别喂食大鸭料 +Ca O+乳酸 (A组 )、大鸭料 +Ca O+乳酸 +混合氨基酸 (B组 )、大鸭料 (C组 )。结果 ,3组小鼠的体重没有显著差异 ;B组小鼠股骨重量和长度与 A组、C组有显著差异 ,A组与 C组没有显著差异 ;结果表明混合氨基酸能促进珊瑚中的钙在动物体内的吸收利用 ,使动物骨骼增重、增长。
In order to investigate the absorption and utilization of calcium in coral, 30 mice were randomly divided into 3 groups, male and female fed with Caulitransferase + CaO + lactate (group A), Caulis Caulis + Mixed amino acids (group B), large duck material (group C). The results showed that there was no significant difference in body weight between the three groups. The weight and length of femur in group B were significantly different from those in group A and group C, and there was no significant difference between group A and group C. The results showed that mixed amino acids could promote the calcium in coral Absorption and utilization of animals, animal bones gain weight and growth.
