油罐光纤传感液位测量系统的研究

采用先进的光纤传感技术在人工浮子液位计的基础上研制了一种新型的液位测量系统。系统利用力平衡原理测量液位,利用光纤传感器探测和传输信号,采用自制的光学编码盘实现光信号的调节。测试结果表明,在0~1000mm测量范围内,测量误差≤±6mm,相对误差<2%。现场应用表明,该系统的各项性能指标符合生产要求,运行稳定,性能可靠。 The use of advanced optical fiber sensing technology in the artificial float level gauge based on the development of a new type of liquid level measurement system. The system uses the force balance principle to measure the liquid level, utilizes the optical fiber sensor to detect and transmit the signal, adopts the self-made optical code disk to realize the optical signal regulation. Test results show that, in the 0 ~ 1000mm measurement range, the measurement error ≤ ± 6mm, the relative error <2%. Field application shows that the system performance indicators in line with production requirements, stable operation, reliable performance.
