2004年10月17日,由中华全国总工会、中央文明办、国家发展和改革委员会、教育部、科技部、人事部、劳动和社会保障部、国务院国有资产监督管理委员会、全国工商联等部门在青岛市共同召开的全国“创建学习型组织、争做知识型职工”活动现场推进会上,省水利信息中心副主任王继新代表河南省水利信息中心上台接受了中共中央政治局委员、全国人大常委会副委员长、中华全国总工会主席王兆国等领导同志颁发的“全国职工创新示范岗”这项全国水利系统唯一的崇高荣誉。
On October 17, 2004, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, the Central Civilization Office, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Personnel, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce Wang Jixin, deputy director of the provincial water conservancy information center, came to power on behalf of Henan Provincial Water Conservancy Information Center and took over the post of member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee in the national “Create a Learning Organization and Strive to Become a Knowledge Worker” co-sponsored by Qingdao City. NPC Standing Committee vice chairman, All-China Federation of Trade Unions chairman Wang Zhaoguo and other leading comrades issued the “National Staff Innovation Demonstration Gang” This is the only national water system honors.
