近几年,信息技术的高速发展推动传统媒体向互联网、移动网等新兴传播领域延伸,实现了新媒体传播模式的不断更新。以移动广告、移动视频、手机阅读等为代表的新媒体业务的发展方兴未艾,它的发展为全球电信运营商的转型发展提供了机遇和挑战。目前,全球多家电信运营商都在积极探索和尝试提出新媒体战略,并在价值链合作、业务体系发展等多个方面进行了创新,其发展特点和经验可为我国电信运营商提供借鉴。
In recent years, the rapid development of information technology has promoted the extension of traditional media to emerging communication fields such as the Internet and mobile networks, and has continuously updated the mode of new media communications. The development of new media services represented by mobile advertising, mobile video and mobile phone reading is on the rise. Its development has provided opportunities and challenges for the transformation and development of global telecom operators. At present, many telecom operators in the world are actively exploring and attempting to propose new media strategies. They have innovated in many aspects such as value chain cooperation and business system development. Their development characteristics and experience can provide reference for telecom operators in China.
