目的 探讨围绝经期子宫肌瘤合并异常子宫出血患者子宫内膜组织中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)mRNA和血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)mRNA表达的相关性.方法 选择青海省妇幼保健院2016年8月至2018年3月收治的32例围绝经期子宫肌瘤合并异常子宫出血患者纳入观察组,选择该院同期27例单纯子宫肌瘤患者纳入对照组,采用逆转录聚合酶链反应检测两组患者子宫内膜组织中bFGFmRNA和VEGFmRNA表达水平,采用Pearson相关性分析探讨围绝经期子宫肌瘤合并异常子宫出血患者子宫内膜组织中bFGFmRNA和VEGFmRNA表达的相关性.结果 观察组患者子宫内膜组织中bFGFmRNA和VEGFmRNA的表达水平均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05).Pearson相关性分析显示,围绝经期子宫肌瘤合并异常子宫出血患者子宫内膜组织中bFGFmRNA表达与VEGFmRNA表达呈正相关(r=0.826,P<0.05).结论 bFGFmRNA和VEGFmRNA在围绝经期子宫肌瘤合并异常子宫出血患者的子宫内膜组织中过度表达,且二者可能相互调控,进而促进子宫内膜增生和异常出血的发生.“,”Objective To investigate the expression relativity of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) mRNA and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) mRNA in endometrium tissues of perimenopausal period uterine leiomyoma complicated with abnormal uterine bleeding. Method 32 patients with perimenopausal period uterine leiomyoma complicated with abnormal uterine bleeding admitted to Qinghai Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2016 to March 2018 were selected and included in observation group. 27 patients with uterine leiomyoma in that hospital during the same period were selected and included in control group. The expression levels of bFGFmRNA and VEGFmRNA in endometrium tissues were detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction, and the expression relativity between bFGFmRNA and VEGFmRNA in endometrium tissues of perimenopausal period uterine leiomyoma with abnormal uterine bleeding patients was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis. Result The expression levels of bFGFmRNA and VEGFmRNA in endometrium tissues of patients in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (all P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the expression of bFGFmRNA and the expression of VEGFmRNA in endometrium tissues of perimenopausal period uterine leiomyoma patients complicated with abnormal uterine bleeding was positively correlated (r = 0.826, P<0.05). Conclusion bFGFmRNA and VEGFmRNA are overexpressed in endometrium tissues of perimenopausal period uterine leiomyoma complicated with abnormal uterine bleeding, and the two maybe regulate each other, thus promoting the thus promoting the occurrence of endometrial hyperplasia and abnormal hemorrhage.
