低温电解渗硫所用的化学纯硫氰酸盐是一种价钱较贵的化学原料,因此,对老化盐浴的回收利用,以降低渗硫成本,减少环境污染是低温电解渗硫工艺能否大规模地用于热处理工业生产的一个重要问题。为此,我们近年来对老化盐浴回收工艺开展了研究工作,并已取得了比较成熟的回收工艺方法。此方法具有设备简单、操作简便、回收率高以及成本低、不污染环境等特点。

To this end, we have carried out research work on the aging salt bath recovery process in recent years and have achieved relatively mature recovery process. This method has the characteristics of simple equipment, easy operation, high recovery rate, low cost and no pollution to the environment.
