利用Western印迹法对胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(insulin-like growth factor-1,IGF-Ⅰ)及其受体(IGF-Ⅰreceptor,IGF-ⅠR)蛋白在牙鲆仔鱼发育变态阶段的表达进行分析。结果显示IGF-Ⅰ蛋白在仔鱼变态前(17 d)和变态起始阶段(21 d)免疫活性较强,而在变态期间降低;IGF-ⅠR蛋白在变态起始阶段的表达与IGF-Ⅰ类似,但在变态期间与IGF-Ⅰ相反,具有相对丰富的表达。这些结果为进一步研究IGF-Ⅰ及其受体在牙鲆变态中的生理意义奠定了基础。
Western blotting was used to analyze the expression of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-Ⅰ) and its receptor (IGF-ⅠR) in the stage of larvae developmental stage. The results showed that IGF-Ⅰprotein was more immunoreactive in pre-metamorphosis (17 days) and in the initial stage of metamorphosis (21 days), but lower in metamorphosis; IGF-Ⅰprotein was similar to IGF-Ⅰin the initial stage of metamorphosis , But has a relatively abundant expression contrary to IGF-I during metamorphosis. These results provide a basis for further study of the physiological significance of IGF-I and its receptors in the metamorphosis of Japanese flounder.
