To explore the effects of lead on neuropsychological and intellectual behaviors of children, WISC-R children’s intelligence was measured and their learning performance was evaluated in 112 children aged 7-11 years with a blood lead level ranging from 10.52 to 68.76 μg / dl. Results: 1. The test score scores of children with different levels of blood lead decreased with the increase of blood lead concentration. There was a significant difference in FIQ and VIQ between children with low level of blood lead and high level of blood lead (P <0.05). Analysis of 9 children with FIQ <90 found that 8 children had a blood lead concentration> 40 μg / dl. It is worth discussing whether the level of lead in children can affect children’s intelligence and learning ability.
