用 ̄(99)Tc ̄m-MAG_3替代 ̄(131)I-OIH对6000余例肾功损害者进行了肾功能检查,并对各类肾病患者的肾功参数进行了分析.对50例正常人同时做 ̄(99)Tc ̄m-MAG_3和 ̄(131)I-OIH肾图,结果表明:二者的肾图曲线非常相似,肾功参数值无显著性差异.对200例各类肾病患者同时做 ̄(99)Tc ̄m-MAG_3和 ̄(131)I-OIH肾图功能诊断,其结果与临床诊断符合率二者均超过96%.实验证明 ̄(99)Tc_m-MAG_3是优于 ̄(131)I-OIH的新型肾功能显像剂.
Renal function tests were performed on more than 6,000 patients with renal impairment using ~ (99) Tc-m-MAG_3 instead of 131I-OIH, and renal function parameters were analyzed for various kidney disease patients. The results of Ren (99) Tc m-MAG 3 and 131 I-OIH nephrograms in 50 normal subjects at the same time showed that the renogram curves of the two groups were similar and the values of renal function parameters were not significantly different. The diagnosis of nephrotic function of 99 Tc m-MAG 3 and 131 I-OIH at the same time in 200 patients with various types of nephropathy was over 96%, both of which were in line with the clinical diagnosis. Experiments show that ~ (99) Tc_m-MAG_3 is better than ~ (131) I-OIH new renal imaging agents.
