为了研究土石坝中不同材料间接触面的力学特性,利用清华大学土与结构物接触面循环加载剪切试验机,对粗粒料与混凝土板接触面分别进行了试样缩尺和粒径缩尺试验,得到了缩尺前后的接触面强度与变形特性。根据试验结果,探讨了试样缩尺和粒径缩尺对接触面力学特性的影响,并分析了其机理。结果表明:当试样与粗粒料最大粒径之比大于一定值时,试样缩尺的影响很小;而粒径缩尺后的接触面强度会降低,同时初始剪切模量则有所增长,其影响不能忽略。
In order to study the mechanical properties of the interfacial contact between different materials in earth-rockfill dam, the contact surface of coarse aggregate and concrete slab was measured by the cyclic loading shear tester of soil-structure interface of Tsinghua University. Ruler test, the contact surface strength and deformation characteristics before and after the scale are obtained. According to the experimental results, the influence of the scale and the particle size scale on the mechanical properties of the contact surface was discussed, and the mechanism was also analyzed. The results show that when the ratio of the maximum particle size of the sample to the coarse aggregate is larger than a certain value, the influence of the scale of the sample is very small, while the contact surface of the particle with the reduced size of particle size will decrease. Meanwhile, the initial shear modulus The increase can not be ignored.
