近年来,随着人工栽培成功,优质香菇——花菇生产量剧增,发展极快。如何提高花菇的品质和产量,使其产后增值,现对花菇越夏、增氧、管理的关键技术谈点浅见。 1越夏 ①制栽培袋时间,培育花菇的要比培育一般香菇提前3~4个月,从接菌到转色出菇需6~7个月。②菌丝培养适应的温度在28℃以下。③根据花菇菌丝体培养等特性,将其生产时间安排在3~5月,菌丝生长越夏到9~10月出菇(即180~210天)。④选用中温偏高,适应性广的菌株。⑤菌丝培养阶段场地需要阴凉、宽广、通风、微光,菌筒按井字摆放四层,控制温度不超过28℃,高于28℃时采取挂袋凉菌。⑥采用单面接菌3穴,延长菌丝发透菌筒时间,利于菌筒越夏。⑦发菌阶段翻筒次数不能过多,以3次为宜,防止过早转色造成菌皮增厚。
