针对临床骶管阻滞麻醉所提出的问题,对100例成人干燥骶骨和20具成人尸体标本骶管及骶骨背面邻近区域的有关结构进行了观测。S_2棘突中点至两骶角连线中点长度平均为66.2±9.3mm.在干燥骨标本上,用薄乳胶膜囊直接灌水法测量了骶管容积,平均为16.1±3.6ml。骶管容积(Yml)与 S_2棘突中点至两骶角连线中点长度(Xmm)的关系,呈抛物线回归,方程为:y=15.1867-0.3454x+0.0053x~2。因两侧髂后上棘连线过S_2棘突中点,临床可以此定位,测出 X,估算注药量。经临床100例骶管阻滞麻醉应用,效果满意,初步证明了本研究的实用意义。
In view of the problems raised by clinical sacral block anesthesia, the structures of sacral sacs and sacral backsides in 100 adult dry sacres and 20 adult cadaver specimens were observed. The average length of midpoint between the spine of S_2 and the two sacral cusps was 66.2 ± 9.3mm.The volume of caudal canal was measured by thin latex capsule direct irrigation method on the dry bone specimens with an average of 16.1 ± 3.6ml. The relationship between the volume of the sacral canal (Yml) and the midpoint of the spinous process (S 2) to the midpoint between the two sacral cusps (Xmm) showed a parabolic regression equation of y = 15.1867-0.3454x + 0.0053x ~ 2. Due to the connection of the posterior superior iliac spine on both sides of S 2 spinous process midpoint, the clinical location of this, measured X, estimated injection volume. The clinical application of 100 cases of caudal block anesthesia, with satisfactory results, initially proved the practical significance of this study.
