放疗引发二重癌,已成为威胁癌症患者生存质量的重要因素。本文对临床放疗引发的二重癌进行风险预测分析,并对基于二重癌风险预测的计划评估方式展开了探索性研究。选择临床胰腺癌病例,使用FDS团队自主研发的精确放射治疗软件系统(Accurate/Advanced Radiotherapy System,ARTS)设计两个调强放疗计划,并对正常组织各重要器官的二重癌风险进行了预测,并以此对两种计划进行了评估。结果表明,该病人在接受放射治疗后,最有可能发生二重癌的是肾癌和胆囊癌(Plan 01:肾5.35%,胆囊3.10%;Plan 02:肾4.52%,胆囊4.57%);二重癌分析结果表明:在满足临床剂量分布要求的前提下,Plan 02更为合理。本文建立了一种通过临床放疗计划系统预测二重癌风险的方法,并通过比较二重癌风险进行了临床放疗计划的评估分析。
Radiation induced dual cancer has become an important factor in the quality of life of cancer patients. This article analyzes the risk prediction of double cancer caused by clinical radiotherapy, and explores the planning evaluation method based on the double cancer risk prediction. To select two cases of clinical pancreatic cancer and design two intensity modulated radiotherapy programs using the Accurate / Advanced Radiotherapy System (ARTS) independently developed by the FDS team, and to predict the risk of the double cancer in the vital organs of normal tissues, And as a result, both plans were evaluated. The results showed that the patients most likely to develop dual cancers after radiotherapy were kidney and gall bladder (Plan 01: 5.35% for kidney, 3.10% for gallbladder, Plan 02: 4.52% for kidney and 4.57% for gallbladder) Heavy cancer analysis showed that Plan 02 was more reasonable to meet the clinical dose distribution requirements. In this paper, a method of predicting the double cancer risk by clinical radiotherapy planning system was established, and the evaluation of clinical radiotherapy plan was carried out by comparing the risk of double cancer.
