保罗·弗莱雷(Paulo Freire),巴西著名教育家、哲学家。1921年出生于巴西东北部的累西腓市,1997年逝世。就读累西腓大学时,弗莱雷阅读了马克思以及天主教方面的著作,这对他的思想产生了深刻影响。1947年,弗莱雷到伯南布戈州工业社会服务社工作,期间与工人广泛接触 Paulo Freire, a famous Brazilian educator and philosopher. Born in Recife, northeast of Brazil in 1921 and died in 1997. When studying at Recife University, Freire read Marx’s and Catholic writings, which had a profound impact on his thinking. In 1947 Freire went to the Industrial Social Services of Bernanbo, where he had extensive contacts with workers
