针对目前测试性分析基于故障分析的现状,提出了一种基于系统结构、性能、功能的测试性定量分析方法。定义了系统设计特性覆盖测试模型,系统结构、功能、性能及测试关联模型,性能覆盖率、功能覆盖率、结构覆盖率的定量计算模型。建立了基于设计特性覆盖的测试性定量分析流程,主要包括系统基本信息建立、信息间直接关联关系生成,测试覆盖率定量计算及测试未覆盖项分析。以某飞机舵机系统为例进行了应用,结果验证了方法的可行性和有效性。
Aiming at the current situation of the test analysis based on fault analysis, a test quantitative analysis method based on system structure, performance and function is proposed. The quantitative calculation model of system design features coverage test model, system structure, function, performance and test correlation model, performance coverage, functional coverage and structure coverage is defined. A test quantitative analysis process based on design features is established, which includes the establishment of system basic information, the generation of direct relation between information, the quantitative calculation of test coverage and the analysis of uncovered test items. The application of an aircraft steering gear system is taken as an example. The results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
