螺杆制冷压缩机已广泛用于工业制冷和中央空调装置中 ,在商用制冷与空调领域也有着良好的应用前景。本文利用一套螺杆压缩机设计计算软件 ,对R134a螺杆制冷压缩机的泄漏特性进行了研究。首先根据螺杆压缩机的结构特点 ,定义了五种泄漏通道 ,并针对这些通道的特点 ,建立了相应的数学模型。然后针对不同转速和运行工况 ,计算了制冷剂通过这些通道的泄漏及其对压缩机效率的影响。借助分析有关计算结果 ,得出了一些可用于指导实际机器设计的结论。
Screw refrigeration compressor has been widely used in industrial refrigeration and central air conditioning installations, commercial refrigeration and air conditioning also has a good application prospects. In this paper, a set of screw compressor design calculation software, the R134a screw refrigeration compressor leakage characteristics were studied. First of all, according to the structural characteristics of screw compressor, five kinds of leakage channels are defined, and the corresponding mathematical models are established according to the characteristics of these channels. Then for different speed and operating conditions, the leakage of refrigerant through these channels and its effect on the compressor efficiency are calculated. By analyzing the calculation results, we come to some conclusions that can be used to guide the actual machine design.
