北京奥运会之后,党中央、国务院明确发出了“进一步推动我国由体育大国向体育强国迈进”的号召,实现竞技体育人才队伍法制建设是体育强国的重要目标体系之一。用SWOT分析法对我国竞技体育人才法治环境从内部优势和劣势及外部的机会和威胁等方面进行全面、深入的研究,并通过系统论的思想方法从中长期竞技体育人才立法规划的制定、创新竞技体育人才培养管理体制、加强竞技体育人才市场法制化建设以及完善激励保障机制等方面,提供一系列优化我国竞技体育人才法治环境可供选择的对策。
After the Beijing Olympic Games, the Central Party Committee and the State Council explicitly issued the call of “further promoting our country from a major sporting nation to a powerful nation in the world of sports”. It is one of the important target systems to achieve the goal of strengthening the sports nation through legal construction. SWOT analysis method is used to make a comprehensive and in-depth study on the legal environment of competitive sports talents in China from the aspects of internal advantages and disadvantages and external opportunities and threats. From the perspective of systematic theory and thinking, Sports talent training and management system, to strengthen the legal system of competitive sports talent market and improve the mechanism of incentives and other aspects, to provide a series of optimization of the legal environment for competitive sports talent to choose from the countermeasures.
