本文研究用国产设备和国产25SiMnMoV钢制造矿用高强度D级圆环链的问题。对各种强韧化处理工艺进行了对比试验。对回火脆性、淬火温度、亚温淬火及差温处理等问题进行了理论分析和讨论。生产试验结果表明:用25SiMnMoV钢制造的矿用D级圆环链完全达到煤炭部MT36-80标准要求。能代替进口的Mn-Cr-Ni-Mo系钢材,具有较大的经济意义。关键词:圆环链淬火回火脆性强韧化
This paper studies the problem of using domestic equipment and domestic 25SiMnMoV steel to manufacture high-intensity D-class ring chains for mining. A variety of toughening process conducted a comparative test. The temper brittleness, quenching temperature, sub-temperature quenching and differential temperature treatment and other issues were analyzed and discussed. Production test results show that: with 25SiMnMoV steel grade D mine ring fully meet the Ministry of Coal MT36-80 standard requirements. Can replace the imported Mn-Cr-Ni-Mo steel, with greater economic significance. Key words: Ring chain quenching temper brittleness toughening
