用生物素化P53CDNA探针和P53单克隆抗体对13例白斑、3例扁平苔藓和4例鳞癌组织连续切片进行P53mRNA原位杂交和免疫组化检测.结果表明,在白斑与扁平苔藓出现P53蛋白高表达时,往往有mRNA水平增高,而在鳞癌中两者呈负相关.作者认为,通过对P53基因不同水平的检测,可为口腔粘膜癌前病变的早期诊断、癌变潜能评估及临床治疗提供有用的指标.
P53 mRNA was detected by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry in the serial sections of 13 cases of white spot, 3 cases of lichen planus and 4 cases of squamous cell carcinoma with biotinylated P53 cDNA probe and P53 monoclonal antibody. The results showed that in the white and lichen planus appear high expression of P53 protein levels are often increased, while in squamous cell carcinoma was negatively correlated. The authors believe that the detection of different levels of P53 gene can provide useful indicators for the early diagnosis of oral mucosal precancerous lesions, the assessment of cancer potential and clinical treatment.
