[目的]研究4个烤烟品种对铬(Cr)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)、汞(Hg)和铜(Cu)6种重金属的吸收能力差异性。[方法]以4个烤烟品种为对象,通过盆栽试验研究比较各烤烟品种对6种重金属的吸收能力差异。[结果]不同烤烟品种对6种重金属的吸收能力差异较大,根据烤烟品种吸收不同重金属的能力,可将重金属划为三类,第一种是镉,平均富集能力为8.564;第二类为汞,烤烟品种对汞的吸收能力属于中等,平均富集系数为0.753;第三类为铬、砷、铅和铜,平均富集系数都小于或等于0.114。[结论]通过该研究可掌握不同烤烟品种对重金属的吸收情况,为烤烟栽培品种选择生产优质烟叶提供数据参考。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the difference of absorptive abilities of four flue-cured tobacco varieties to six heavy metals such as Cr, As, Cd, Pb, Hg and Cu. [Method] Four flue-cured tobacco cultivars were used as object to compare the absorption abilities of six flue-cured tobacco varieties to six heavy metals by pot experiment. [Result] Different flue-cured tobacco cultivars had different ability to absorb six kinds of heavy metals. According to their ability to absorb different heavy metals, the heavy metals could be classified into three types, the first one being cadmium with an average enrichment capacity of 8.564. The second type For mercury, the mercury absorption capacity of flue-cured tobacco varieties was moderate, the average enrichment coefficient was 0.753; the third category was chromium, arsenic, lead and copper, the average enrichment coefficient was less than or equal to 0.114. [Conclusion] The study could master the absorption of heavy metals by different flue-cured tobacco varieties and provide data reference for the selection of high-quality flue-cured tobacco cultivars.
