用电气监测仪表对鞍钢重型机械有限责任公司40 t/6 MVA LF炉精炼过程中的电力参数进行了实测。结果表明,鞍重LF精炼炉变压器长时间处于超负荷状态,其中电压超出4.69%,电流超出14.61%,视在功率超出额定容量的19.90%。研究建立了鞍重40 tLF精炼炉在1档电压下的非线性电抗模型,绘制了电气运行特性曲线。研究结果表明,二次侧工作电流的许用范围为15.10~16.11kA,电能输入功率为4.67~4.94 MW;在该功率条件下钢液的温升可达5℃/min,埋弧操作所需渣量约为1.2lt。
The electrical parameters of 40 t / 6 MVA LF furnace in Anshan Iron and Steel Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. were measured by electrical monitoring instrument. The results show that the saddle weight LF refining furnace transformer is overloaded for a long time, in which the voltage exceeds 4.69%, the current exceeds 14.61% and the apparent power exceeds 19.90% of the rated capacity. The nonlinear reactance model of saddle weight 40 tLF refining furnace under the first gear voltage was established and the electrical running characteristic curve was drawn. The results show that the operating current of the secondary side is in the range of 15.10-16.11kA and the power input is 4.67-4.94 MW. The temperature rise of molten steel can reach 5 ℃ / min under this power condition. The amount of slag is about 1.2lt.
