2010年4月6日,沈阳经济区新型工业化实施综合配套改革试验区获国务院批准。在一年多的时间里,辽宁省委省政府本着先行先试的原则,全力推进新型工业化和区域一体化。尽管综合配套改革试验已取得了不少进展和突破,但还存在一些思维方式障碍。在未来经济社会发展趋势和市场竞争格局走向的背景下,如何与时俱进地推进沈阳经济区发展和一体化进程,就显得非常重要。
April 6, 2010, Shenyang Economic Zone, the new industrialization of comprehensive reform pilot area approved by the State Council. In more than a year, Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, based on the principle of piloting first, tried its utmost to promote new-type industrialization and regional integration. Although comprehensive reform experiments have made a lot of progress and breakthroughs, there are still some ways of thinking and obstacles. Under the background of the trend of economic and social development and the trend of market competition in the future, how to advance the development and integration of Shenyang Economic Zone with the times is very important.
