溶剂型CR(氯丁橡胶)胶粘剂具有初粘力大、粘接强度高和耐热性好等优点,但因使用高结晶型CR而具有相对较差的低温抗冻性能。通过合理搭配高结晶型CR(CR2442)和低结晶型CR(WHV120),选择抗冻性良好且毒性较小的溶剂体系,并使用抗冻型增塑剂[己二酸二辛酯(DOA)],可制备出低温抗冻性良好的CR胶粘剂。研究结果表明:当m(CR2442)∶m(WHV120)=75∶25、w(DOA)=1%、混合溶剂中V(甲苯)∶V(甲基环戊烷)∶V(醋酸乙酯)∶V(溶剂汽油)=2∶5∶2∶1且w(混合溶剂)=650%时,相应CR胶粘剂经-20℃存放25 d后无明显的凝胶现象,其低温抗冻性良好且毒性较低。
