分别使用不同的一元醇和二元醇为引发剂,以三氟化硼为催化剂对环己烯的聚合进行了对比研究。考察了反应温度、反应时间、反应压力、引发剂质量分数等工艺条件对齐聚产物收率的影响。确定了环己烯齐聚的最佳工艺条件是温度为60℃,反应时间为3h,催化剂压力为0.4MPa,引发剂质量分数为0.4%。通过色谱分析计算,一元醇中正丁醇为较佳的引发剂,二元醇中乙二醇对环己烯齐聚效果较好,且正丁醇的效果好于乙二醇。
The different monoalcohols and diols were used as initiators respectively, and the polymerization of cyclohexene was compared with boron trifluoride as catalyst. The effects of reaction conditions such as reaction temperature, reaction time, reaction pressure and initiator mass fraction on the yield of oligomer were investigated. The optimal process conditions for the oligomerization of cyclohexene were determined as follows: temperature 60 ℃, reaction time 3h, catalyst pressure 0.4MPa, initiator mass fraction 0.4%. According to the chromatographic analysis, n-butanol in monohydric alcohol is the best initiator. Ethylene glycol in dihydric alcohol has better oligomerization of cyclohexene, and the effect of n-butanol is better than that of ethylene glycol.
