The interview provides a brief review of “Cultural Turn ” in translation studies, focusing on the development of translation studies in cultural dimensions and other emerging emerging trends. With the development of cultural studies, the territory of translation studies continues to expand, with “macro-regional trends” focusing on translation studies of wider significance and “micro-regional trends” focusing on smaller geographical units. The study of translations of different definitions in different cultures led to “international shift” in translation studies. Feminist translation and post-colonial translation studies also continue to emerge new research results. Translation studies should go beyond the limits of national boundaries of language and culture and enter the “multicultural shift.”
