针对铝合金轮毂重力铸造模具使用中存在的侧模变形以及漏铝问题,根据模具的实际工作条件,运用CAE软件对侧模工作状态以及受热变形情况进行了模拟分析。通过分析确定了侧模受热变形特征以及主要影响因素,提出了侧模结构的改进方案,并运用CAE软件模拟了新方案中侧模的变形情况,为该方案的合理性和可行性提供了理论依据,同时在企业生产实际中验证了该方案的有效性。
Aiming at the side mold deformation and the aluminum leakage problem existing in the use of gravity casting mold of aluminum alloy wheel hub, according to the actual working conditions of the mold, the working condition and the deformation of the side mold were simulated by CAE software. By analyzing the characteristics of hot deformation of side molds and the main influencing factors, an improved scheme of side mold structure was proposed. The deformation of side molds in the new scheme was simulated by CAE software, which provided the theory for the rationality and feasibility of the scheme Based on this, the validity of the scheme was verified in the actual production of the enterprise.
