高温钎焊技术已广泛地应用于核反应堆结构连接。在水堆锆合金包壳燃料组件制造中采用锆-铍5钎料起着重要的作用。但由于锆-铍5钎料的脆性和弱的抗高温水腐蚀性能,有必要为压水堆发展镍基合金钎料。我们在高真空炉中用镍基合金钎料成功地生产了水力、热工试验中用的燃料组件定位架。除锆合金、镍基合金和不锈钢以外,铝合金、铌合金和陶瓷等材料的钎焊,在本文中也进行了叙述。
High-temperature brazing technology has been widely used in nuclear reactor structural connections. Zirconium-beryllium-5 solder plays an important role in the manufacture of water reactor zirconium alloy cladding fuel assemblies. However, due to the brittleness of zirconium-beryllium-5 solder and the weak resistance to high-temperature water corrosion, it is necessary to develop nickel-based alloy solder for PWR. We have successfully produced fuel assemblies for use in hydraulics and thermal engineering tests using nickel-base alloy brazing filler metal in high vacuum furnaces. In addition to zirconium alloys, nickel-based alloys and stainless steels, the brazing of materials such as aluminum alloys, niobium alloys and ceramics is also described herein.
