由中国文化遗产研究院主办,北京华协文化发展有限公司承办的“指南针计划——中国古代发明创造动漫大赛”于2月24日在中国文化遗产研究院举行了新闻发布会。原中国文化遗产研究院书记孟宪民,中国文化遗产研究院副院长马清林,中国文化遗产研究院规划研究所副所长张谨以及北京电影学院动画学院副院长李剑平等7位动漫界专家、艺术家作为大赛评委出席了发布会。
