J.G.Grudzinskas报告了有一种新的妊娠特异性激素β-醣蛋白(SP_1),在排卵后7~22天在母血中即可测出。SP_1产生在胚胎的滋养层,半衰期约30~40小时。其特征与其它蛋白质激素、促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、催乳素(PRL)、绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)、生长素(GH)等,不呈交叉反应。用放射免疫法测定时,敏感性约8μg/L,在妊娠初期排卵后第7天开始在血中已有50μg/L左右,以后逐渐上升,到36周时母体血中浓度达到高峰。
J.G. Grudzinskas reports a new pregnancy-specific hormone, β-glycoprotein (SP_1), measured in maternal blood 7-22 days after ovulation. SP_1 produced in the embryonic trophoblast, half-life of about 30 to 40 hours. Its characteristics and other protein hormones, luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), prolactin (PRL), chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), auxin (GH) and so on, did not cross-react. When measured by radioimmunoassay, the sensitivity of about 8μg / L, in the first trimester of pregnancy after ovulation on the first 7 days in the blood has been about 50μg / L, then gradually increased to 36 weeks when the peak concentration of maternal blood.
