报载.南京市总工会法律工作部和区县工会多名兼职仲裁员积极参与劳动争议案件的仲裁审理,2000年,他们独立仲裁劳动争议案件50多件。工会干部任“法官”好!工会干部身在基层对企业及职工情况较为熟悉,当职工与企业发生劳动争议,由他们担任“法官”,既可维护职工权益不受损,又可从维护企业稳定大局出发进行仲裁,化解矛盾,从而达到双赢的目的。
