2007年底,在《劳动合同法》正式实施前,许多用人单位纷纷以“置换”、“劝退”的形式进行变相裁员。事过境迁,当初的风口浪尖随着时间的推移逐渐被人们所淡忘。许多事情,对一个群体而言意味着改革过程中的曲折与艰难,而这样的曲折与艰难折射到某个个体身上,很难说是不是一生的创伤。2008年2月20日,《劳动合同法》实施后的第五十一天。在这一天里发生的变故,对小白(化名)而言无异于从天堂掉进地狱。用小白的话,这样的欺骗是对她智商和人格的极大侮辱,她无法释怀。
