随着国民经济的发展,烟草企业人力资源管理迈入了新的阶段,同时面临着机遇和挑战。知识经济时代,人才成为了企业竞争的核心和发展的动力。如何有效管理人力资源,最大限度地发挥人才价值,从而保证和促进企业可持续发展,成为了时下业界研究的热点话题。本文在对当前烟草企业人力资源管理问题作出分析和论述的基础上,就新形势下烟草企业人力资源管理优化进行了研究。
With the development of the national economy, human resources management of tobacco enterprises has taken a new stage and faced with both opportunities and challenges. In the era of knowledge-based economy, talent has become the core of enterprise competition and the driving force behind its development. How to effectively manage human resources, to maximize the value of talent, so as to ensure and promote the sustainable development of enterprises, has become a hot topic in the research field nowadays. Based on the analysis and discussion of the current human resources management of tobacco companies, this paper studies the optimization of human resources management of tobacco enterprises in the new situation.
