国家经济委员会和机械工业部自1980年以来先后组织有关技术人员对英国、西德和日本等工业发达国家的供热系统节能技术进行考察。之后,对我国几十个工厂作了调查和分析,选定了上海电缆厂、上海汽水厂和杭州玻璃总厂为供热系统节能改造试点工厂。在改造过程中,我们先对工厂进行热平衡测试,从测试数据和工厂供热系统现状分析供热系统中热能损失的原因,进而针对工厂实际情况,制订节能方案,确定以改进锅炉燃烧工况、降低排烟温度,来提高锅炉效率;研究新型保温材料和保温结构来减少供热管网、设备、阀门及附件的保温热损失;通过加装凝结水自动检测装置来增加凝结水回收量;同时加强各级计量装置、集中设置计量仪表、通过对运行人员讲课和现场示范等方法来提高操作运行水平。在改造中,我们部分地引用了国外新技术和行之有效的新经验,从易到难,从简单到复杂,经过近二年时间,在厂院双方共同努力下,
Since 1980, the National Economic Council and the Ministry of Machinery Industry have successively organized relevant technical personnel to inspect the energy-saving technologies of heating systems in industrialized countries such as the United Kingdom, West Germany, and Japan. Afterwards, it investigated and analyzed dozens of factories in China and selected Shanghai Cable Works, Shanghai Steam Water Works, and Hangzhou Glass Works as pilot plants for energy-saving reform of heating systems. During the renovation process, we first conducted heat balance testing on the plant, analyzed the heat loss in the heating system from the test data and the current status of the plant heating system, and then formulated an energy saving plan for the actual conditions of the plant to determine the improvement of the boiler combustion conditions. Reduce the temperature of the flue gas to improve the efficiency of boilers; study new types of heat-insulating materials and heat preservation structures to reduce the thermal insulation loss of heating pipe networks, equipment, valves and accessories; increase the amount of condensate recovery by adding an automatic detection device for condensate; Strengthen the measurement devices at all levels, set up metering instruments in a centralized manner, and improve the operational level by means of lectures and demonstrations on the part of operating personnel. In the process of reform, we partially quoted new technologies and proven new experiences from abroad, from easy to difficult, from simple to complex, after nearly two years of joint efforts by both parties in the factory and the hospital.
