目的为提高穿心莲的浸膏量及其有效成分内酯的收率而优化提取工艺。方法以乙醇体积分数、用量、提取时间和次数为因素,浸膏得率和内酯得率为优化指标采用正交试验设计法进行优化。结果用6倍于原料的80%乙醇提取3次,每次1.5h,浸膏得率≥10%,有效成分穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯的收率较高。结论穿心莲提取工艺采用正交试验分析比较合理。
Objective To improve the extraction process of Andrographis paniculata extract and its effective component lactone yield. Methods The orthogonal design was used to optimize the optimal parameters of ethanol volume fraction, dosage, extraction time and number of times, extraction yield and lactone yield. The results were extracted 6 times three times with 80% ethanol as the raw material, 1.5h each time, the yield of the extract was more than 10%. The yields of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide were higher. Conclusion The extraction process of Andrographis paniculata orthogonal test analysis is more reasonable.
