目的:探讨姜黄煎对大鼠血管损伤后核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)与肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白介素6(IL-6)的表达影响。方法:模拟PCI术,采用ELISA法检测144只大鼠血清NF-κB与TNF-α和IL-6水平含量。其中姜黄煎干预组36只,生理盐水干预组36只,并与36只假手术组和36只健康组作为对照。结果:模拟血管急性损伤组血清NF-κB与TNF-α和IL-6含量明显高于对照组(P(0.05)。假手术组血清NNF-κB与TNF-α和IL-6水平含量高于健康组,但差异不明显(P(0.05)。姜黄煎组血清NF-κB与TNF-α和IL-6水平含量明显低于各对照组。结论:NF-κB与TNF-α和IL-6可能参与了再狭窄的病生理变化。检测患者血清NF-κB与TNF-α和IL-6水平含量可能有助于评估血管损伤后再狭窄病变的程度及转归。姜黄煎对大鼠NF-κB与TNF-α和IL-6水平具有下调作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of turmeric decoction on the expression of nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) after vascular injury in rats. Methods: The sera of 144 rats were measured by simulating PCI. The levels of NF-κB, TNF-α and IL-6 were detected by ELISA. Among them, 36 were turmeric decoction intervention group and 36 saline intervention group, and 36 sham operation group and 36 healthy group were used as controls. Results: The levels of serum NF-κB, TNF-α and IL-6 in the acute vascular injury group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P(0.05). The levels of serum NNF-κB, TNF-α and IL-6 were higher in the sham operation group than in the control group. In the healthy group, the difference was not significant (P < 0.05). The levels of serum NF-κB and TNF-α and IL-6 in the curcumin fried group were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion: NF-κB and TNF-α and IL-6 It may be involved in the physiopathological changes of restenosis.Examining serum levels of NF-κB and TNF-α and IL-6 may help to evaluate the degree and prognosis of restenosis after vascular injury. There was a down-regulation of κB with TNF-α and IL-6 levels.
