外科常见的急性弥漫性腹膜炎多由腹腔内空腔脏器炎症穿孔、损伤破裂或手术并发症引起,其死亡率较高[1]。现对我科自2005年1月～2010年1月经手术治疗死亡的腹膜炎患者86例死因分析如下。 Surgical common acute diffuse peritonitis and more peritoneal cavity organs inflammation perforation, injury rupture or surgical complications caused by higher mortality [1].
