一、序言铸件的抗拉强度(以下简称强度),除随合金牌号的不同而有差异外,还与铸件的形状、尺寸、铸造工艺方法、冷却条件等因素有关,因而铸件的实际强度,往往低于同熔炼炉批的单铸试样的强度。而目前一般标准和手册中,甚至包括图纸中所指的强度,又主要是指单铸试样的强度,这样对铸件进行强度计算时,一般要考虑铸件的强度降低系数。本文仅就铸件的强度降低系数问题,谈几点粗浅看法。
