引言植物三体(tzisomics)类型在解决细胞遗传和育种的许多重要问题中,已被广泛利用。它是遗传分析的重要手段,可用于测定具体染色体的连锁基因群(基因定位),说明个别染色体的遗传机能和表现型效应,成为染色体工程的重要材料。许多植物都已获得了三体,并且对其进行了研究。最初获得了三体的是在蔓陀萝、玉米、蕃茄、烟草、紫罗兰等,后来在大麦、黍、小麦、高粱、甜菜、苜蓿、马铃薯、黑麦等许多植物中也都获得了三体植株。其中有些已获完整成套的三体系列,如小麦、黑麦等。
Introduction Tzisomics types have been widely used to solve many important problems in cytogenetics and breeding. It is an important means of genetic analysis, which can be used to determine the linkage group (gene location) of specific chromosomes, explain the genetic function and phenotypic effect of individual chromosomes, and become an important material of chromosome engineering. Many plants have acquired trisomy and studied it. The first trisomies were obtained in the three plants of Mandol, maize, tomato, tobacco, violets and later in many plants such as barley, millet, wheat, sorghum, beet, alfalfa, potato, . Some of these have been completed with complete sets of trisomic series such as wheat, rye and others.
