在世界能源危机以及全球气候变暖的大环境影响下,低碳经济的产生可以说是有其必然性存在。低碳经济是一种低能耗、低污染、低排放的发展模式,是一种应对环境污染、全球能源危机以及实现经济发展的可持续战略为主要目的的新经济发展规则。低碳经济发展是一种全球积极发展的新趋势,这不仅需要国家宏观经济政策的调控,更需要企业改变固有的经营理念和管理方式,同时也需要人类在行为和思想上作出一定的改善。本文主要从人力资源管理创新的几个方面进行综合性的论述。
Under the global energy crisis and the global environment of global warming, the emergence of a low-carbon economy can be said to have its own inevitability. Low-carbon economy is a low-energy, low-pollution and low-emission development model. It is a new economic development rule with the main purpose of coping with environmental pollution, the global energy crisis and the sustainable development of economy. The development of a low-carbon economy is a new trend of global positive development. This not only requires the regulation and control of the state’s macroeconomic policies, but also requires the enterprises to change their inherent management concepts and management methods. At the same time, it also requires mankind to make some improvements in behavior and ideology. This article mainly discusses several aspects of human resources management innovation.
