目的:研究中国单板U型场地滑雪运动员的年度训练负荷现状、各运动素质训练负荷结构,揭示该项目优秀运动员当前的训练负荷结构特点及存在的主要问题。方法:文献资料法、问卷调查法、个案研究及现场调研与测试。结果与结论:1)我国单板U型场地滑雪运动员全年训练以陆地训练为主,雪上训练为辅,重点队员陆训期和雪训期的年训练量相同,但训练周期割裂、年度训练量显著减少,应有选择性地参加比赛,恢复运动员的训练完整性。2)单板U型场地滑雪运动员的年度训练负荷结构重点突出,其他素质兼顾,符合项目特点。3)但从能量代谢系统角度,应从项目特点出发,加大无氧训练在该项目训练中的比例,提高运动员的竞技能力。
OBJECTIVE: To study the current annual training load of Chinese single-board U-type skier and the load structure of each sport quality training, and to reveal the current training load structure characteristics and existing main problems of this elite athlete. Methods: literature, questionnaires, case studies and field research and testing. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS: 1) The annual training of veneer U-shaped skier in our country is mainly land training, supplemented by snow training. The annual training amount of key players in land training and snow training period is the same, but the training cycle is split and the annual training volume is significant Reduce, should be selective to participate in the competition, restoring the training of athletes integrity. 2) The annual training load structure of veneer U-shaped field skiers is outstanding with other qualities taking into account the characteristics of the project. 3) However, from the perspective of energy metabolism system, we should proceed from the characteristics of the project, increase the proportion of anaerobic training in the training of the project, and improve the competitive ability of athletes.
