To standardize and maintain a good order of the road and waterway traffic market is an objective requirement for establishing a socialist market economic system. To this end, the Ministry of Communications recently demanded that all relevant units effectively increase their legislative efforts to speed up the progress of legislation and pay close attention to the legislation as a key task so as to achieve actual results.
