目的探讨双源CT多种重建技术在复杂颌面部骨折中的应用价值。方法 36例复杂颌面部外伤患者均行双源CT扫描,在工作站上进行多平面重建、曲面重建、最大密度投影及容积再现技术重建。结果 36例患者颌面部骨折均良好显示并明确诊断,手术治疗31例患者术中所见骨折位置、类型、范围、碎骨块移位、塌陷程度均与双源CT检查结果一致。结论双源CT多种重建图像相结合可清晰显示复杂颌面骨折的空间解剖关系及骨折分离、移位情况,在临床诊断、制订治疗方案方面具有重要应用价值。
Objective To explore the value of dual-source CT reconstruction in complex maxillofacial fractures. Methods Twenty-six patients with complicated maxillofacial trauma underwent double-source CT scan. The multiplanar reconstruction, surface reconstruction, maximum density projection and volume reconstruction were performed on the workstation. Results The maxillofacial fractures of 36 patients were well demonstrated and diagnosed. The location, type and range of fractures, the displacement of broken bones and the collapse degree of the 31 cases were all consistent with the results of dual-source CT. Conclusion The combination of multiple reconstruction images of dual-source CT can clearly show the spatial anatomy and fracture separation and displacement of complex maxillofacial fractures. It has important application value in clinical diagnosis and treatment planning.
