几年来,我厂160吨摩擦压力机使用的3Cr2W8Y钢热锻模,采用1050~1100℃淬火,600~620℃回火,硬度一般为HRC47~49。锻模使用中有两种破坏形式:一种是早期断裂,往往发生在模具有冷却条件下锻造500~2000件左右的时候。模具在使用中受到锻压金属很大的压力和金属流动产生的剪切应力,仅表面形成很多细小的条痕(沟槽),受到金属氧化后的冲击和反复加热、冷却温度变化,模具表面产生拉、压交变热应力形成表面裂纹,在机械应力和热应力作用下裂
