我们研究了高锰及高钙材料中镁的直接光度测定一文[本刊,18,(1)37(1982)],对选择适当的退色液做了试验。退色液的选择在200微克钙和5微克镁共存时,用EDTA和DCTA(二氨基环己烷四乙酸)两种退色液进行比较,结果表明(图1),一滴5%的DCTA能完全退去偶氮氯膦1-镁的络合物,而5%EDTA需四滴以上,如果采用10%的EDTA,由于此浓度太大,隔日后产生大量沉淀,失去应有效果;5%的DCTA却能长期保存使用。注:1 实验中采用0.025%偶氮氯膦-I 5毫升。
We studied the direct photometric determination of magnesium in high-manganese and high-calcium materials [Article, 18, (1) 37 (1982)] and tested the choice of a suitable fade solution. The fade solution was compared with EDTA and DCTA (diaminocyclohexanetetraacetic acid) in the presence of 200 micrograms of calcium and 5 micrograms of magnesium. The results showed (Figure 1) that a drop of 5% DCTA completely receded 5% EDTA needs 4 drops or more, if using 10% EDTA, because of this concentration is too large, produce a large amount of precipitate after every other day, losing the effect; 5% DCTA Long-term preservation and use.
