目的探讨无牙颌患者上颌总义齿力与基托应力的相关性,为预防上颌总义齿基托折断提供理论参考。方法选取10例戴用6~12个月使用良好且配合良好的总义齿患者,使用应变仪及力仪同步测定上颌总义齿基托的应力及第一磨牙的力。结果上颌总义齿腭侧基托的应变值与力之间具有相关性或高度相关性。基托前部和后部的应变值大于基托中部的应变值。结论 力是影响上颌总义齿基托折断的重要因素之一。提示在进行上颌总义齿设计时要考虑减轻力,并加强基托前部的强度。
Objective To investigate the relationship between maxillary total denture force and base stress in maxillary dentition patients, and to provide a theoretical reference for preventing the maxillary denture base from breaking off. Methods Ten patients with good and well-performing total dentures of 6 to 12 months were enrolled in this study. The stress of the maxillary total denture and the force of the first molars were simultaneously measured by strain gauge and force meter. Results There was a correlation or a high correlation between the strain value of the maxillary total denture palatal base and the force. The strain at the front and the back of the base is greater than the strain at the middle of the base. Conclusions force is one of the important factors affecting the fracture of the maxillary denture base. Tip to consider the maxillary denture design to reduce the force, and to strengthen the strength of the front of the base.
