工程管理专业是一个学科跨度大、学科交叉性强、实践性强的综合型专业,故工程管理专业人才的培养方向应是“高、精、尖”的复合应用型人才,而国内的大多数院校在培养人才时,依然沿用专业化教育、学术型人才培养方式,存在专业设置目标定位不明确、教材选用不合理、缺乏校内实训室与校外实践基地、课程设置不规范等问题。为解决这些问题,高校应引进BIM相关课程,重视计算机教学;应合理选用教材,将校内校外实践模式结合起来;应修改和完善人才培养方案,加强师资力量。
