为了最佳地使用电镀钻头和保持最低的钻探成本,最有效的方法是选择适合钻头特征的钻进条件。虽然最高的钻头寿命并不意味着最低的钻探成本。金刚石钻头损坏其主要根源是磨热损伤(金刚石碳化)和磨料磨损(金刚石脱落),而其磨损过程一般都遵循三个阶段:初期磨损、均匀磨损和急剧磨损。在研究钴进过程的最佳化生产条件中,由于钻探成本的开支不是唯一的一项钻头费用,所以就有必要对最低钻探成本的最高钻头切割岩石的旋转速度进行探讨。
