Objective: To investigate the metabolic relationship between essential trace elements zinc, copper and iron and three kinds of oral inflammation and the main influencing factors. Methods: The urinary trace elements zinc, copper and iron in maxillofacial trauma inflammation, periapical periodontitis and periodontitis were detected and analyzed. Results: There was a highly significant difference between t-test and mean t-test in the periapical group and t-test in mean healthy subjects There was a significant difference in t-test between the infected group and the periodontitis group. There was significant difference between the mean of iron in the traumatic inflammation group and the t-test in healthy people. Conclusion: The timely replenishment of trace elements due to oral diseases and metabolic abnormalities has a positive effect on the treatment of inflammation.
